A sprawling bureacracy? Sounds like its time to reign it in with... well... a bureacracy bra. Does Victoria's Secret make one of those? Something lacy would be good.

A bereaucratic push-up bra, perhaps. To give the EU/EC a more attractive endowment than it naturally has.
