If you're still looking for something to serve, I have some suggestions for excellent recipes: side dishes, cranberry bread, and homemade pumpkin pie.

OMG! I made a Pumpkin Cheesecake this year that was amazing! I have to give you the recipe.
Other than the fact that I use evaporated milk instead of whole milk, my pumpkin pie recipe looks almost exactly like yours.
Oh, and I guarantee you that my pumpkin cheesecake recipe is the best. Accept no substitutes.
