Too bad you couldn't find that post where you said that if it turned out Bush was lying to get us to invade Iraq there would be "hell to pay". You're sure doing a good job of holding his feet to the fire on that one, Jane.

Back on topic: Jane -- I don't think that post qualifies as your 'early' days of blogging. Something more like this might be in order:

Every six months or so I go back and re-read that page and it kills me every time. The experience is somewhat like Lileks' "Notes from the Olive Garden" -- you're still wonderful, but back then you may have peaked at a level that will never be seen again.
