Sad. I've loved her blog and "From The Left Coast" writings in the NRO for several years now. When she goes it will leave a hole that can't be filled.

Not unexpected, of course, but it still stinks. I really liked reading Cathy's stuff, even if I didn't agree with her politics much. And the comment sections on her blog may have been the craziest ever.

I had wondered if your brief post on death had anything to do with Cathy Seipp. I will miss her wise, witty posts and columns.
