Posted by: will on March 23, 2007 3:23 PM"I sense great vulnerability. A woman-child crying out for love. An innocent orphan in the post-modern world."
"I see a parasite. A sexually depraved miscreant who is seeking only to gratify her basest and most immediate urges."
"Her struggle is humanity's struggle. She lifts my spirit."
"She is a loathesome, offensive brute. Yet I can't look away."
"She transcends time and space."
"She sickens me."
"I love it."
"Me too."
I second GDM. I love the sultry look. Yummy...

It's the first photo I've seen of you that doesn't make you look ginormously tall. (Not that you actually ARE; we're the same height.)
Posted by: Shelby on March 23, 2007 5:05 PMAAAAGGGGHHHH! It's Megan McArdle's floating, disembodied head! Run! Run, you fools...!
Posted by: RMc on March 23, 2007 6:32 PMThe article says this is a "group blog". Coulda fooled me.
Posted by: big al on March 23, 2007 10:31 PMI may earn my Permanently Evil reputation for this, but compare that photo of Jane to another famous character.

You mentioned it elsewhere on this blog before --- you DO look sort of elf-like.
Posted by: Varangy on March 26, 2007 11:46 PMInteresting. I think I would have been really disappointed if she was blond. Very cool.
Five years younger than me, and so much more accomplished. Very depressing.
