My Goodness

Are there really people in the world who need to be told not to get blind drunk and criticize the boss's politics and/or fashion choices at the company Christmas party?

On second thought, I've been to any number of holiday parties, and, why, yes, there certainly are. Favorite company Christmas party rule comes from my old company, and was based on long experience: No punching the clients.

As someone whose boilerplate essay assignment language is now a page and a half long, yes, there ARE people who need to be told that spelling counts and that punching clients is bad.

There are a number of biz that would get more of my money if they punched the right customers. Yes, they'd get some additional money if they merely got rid of those customers, but I'd pay extra to see them thrashed.

Looks like Thursday; Sasha's supposed to send the email. 8 o'clock at Winnie's -- hope you & Ravenwolf can make it. And anyone else in New York reading this, of course.
