Eleanor Clift: I read Atrios.
Michael Barone: I read The Volokh Conspiracy.
Tony Blankley: I read Asymmetrical Information.
McLaughlin: Wrong. You all read Instapundit and Andrew Sullivan.
Posted by: Jim on January 5, 2003 04:18 PMDid you notice how when Michael mentioned "blog" everyone else in the group acted like we was talking about this years "tickle me elmo".
Posted by: Frank Martin on January 5, 2003 04:31 PMIt seemed like McLaughlin didn't know what he was talking about.
BTW, Patrick Ruffini, pol blogger extraordinaire, created Barone's website.
Posted by: Richard Bennett on January 5, 2003 09:13 PMJim, you beat me to the punch -- btw, its "WRONG!!!!" not "wrong."
Posted by: Matt Johnson on January 6, 2003 03:35 AMAndrew, Glenn and NRO were also prominently mentioned, along with "blogosphere" in The Economist article on Trent Lott (Christmas issue, p 25)
Posted by: Phil on January 6, 2003 02:50 PMAt least one Economist writer I know is also a blogger, so that's not too much of a surprise...
