The Volokh Conspiracy folks are so good, they're already blogging on Friday.
(If for some reason this changes, there are posts dated June 27th, 2003 and June 26th, 2003 on the linked page).
Posted by Mindles H. Dreck at June 25, 2003 04:17 PM | TrackBack | Technorati inbound linksAs I have been posting to an entry dated June 29, 2003 all week long, I am more competitive than they are. Actually, my predated post is purposefully done and has to do with voting on the New Weblog Showcase hosted my TTLB.
However, I was supposed to go to a seminar for the next two days and was contemplating getting a guest blogger. Maybe I can just do a whole bunch of predated posts and do my next two day's postings early.
Posted by: Tiger on June 25, 2003 04:55 PMBoy Meg,
Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "I wanted it yesterday." Just goes to show how you can't trust lawyers.
Posted by: Kate on June 25, 2003 05:01 PMBoy, talk about having your finger on the pulse of events!
Posted by: Francis W. Porretto on June 26, 2003 09:28 AMI don't know where they're blogging from, but if they could email me Friday's stock market page...
Posted by: Ernie G on June 26, 2003 10:22 AMYes, they've been future posting since Monday (apparently a bug in the new version of blogger). I emailed Eugene then for an hourly history of some particularly volatile stock a couple of days ahead of time.
He hasn't yet obliged, but he did (uncharacteristically) curse his blogging software in his reply. Though, I should hasten to add, he just used upper case numbers--to quote him precisely, "*#!$^ Blogger!"
(Boy looks like a perl regex, doesn't it?)
Posted by: Rand Simberg on June 26, 2003 04:54 PMMaybe it's a phone message in code.
*#!$^ = 83146
8 = TUV
3 = DEF
1 = ---
4 = GHI
6 = MNO
Could even be a four letter word in that, but which one? Scrabble fans, to arms!
