Can't find any emails, but here is an interesting picture (scroll down) of Stonecipher signing the Boeing "Code Of Conduct" shortly before breaking it.

No emails as of yet but its worth noting that nothing has happened to the woman with which Stonecipher had the affair. I can only assume that she signed the same code of conduct?

They're saying the issue wasn't the adultery (whichg isn't against the code of conduct), but Stoney's behavior surrounding it. We can only speculate what it was though.
